Worried!!!
I have posted new pics. I am worried though! I have plateaued for about a month now and haven't lossed much weight. I fluctuate between 3 pounds. I thought I was doing great! However, for a while I have had to cut back on bread, because I started eating bread well now when at first I couldn't. I have decided to take bread out of my meals now. I have found that other foods are much more tolerable too and I have to watch that. I say I am worried and I should be if I eat the things I shouldn't, so I have tried to keep to healthy meals. I really do want this tool to work and now I have to be strong and say no to the bad foods! Anyone else having this problem?

Thanks Kia! I will try that. I know I don't get enough exercise. However, I did walk to the park carrying my 17 month old. I have walked on the treadmill some, but I am still trying to do more. The water is my big thing. I will try to drink more. For some reason it is hard for me to drink the amount of water that I should. Anyhow, I appreciate your input and any others!

I too am woriied. I can eat anything (except hot dogs and white bread like buns) without any problems. I've been stuck between 172 and 175 for several weeks now. I work out with weights 3 times a week and occasionally walk on the treadmill.I do 2 double scoop protein shakes a day and get in 64 oz of water a day. Getting in my fluids is the hardest part for me. If I'm not at work it is even harder. I can't drink plain water, it has to be flavored and I'm picky it has to be Aquafina flavor splash. I drink 2 or 3 bottles a day plus two 10 -12 oz protein shakes. I had to try several waters before I could find one I could tolerate. Plain water gives me stomach spasms, I don't know why it just does, weird huh? Good luck
