JANICE IN ONE-DERLAND & 6 month check up

Well the scale finally got below 200 lbs this week. I though it would never happen. I had been stuck between 200.5 and 200.0 for about 10 days, then when I got on the scales Wed morning they flashed 198.0 Yeah!!!!!Finally!!! Also, I went for my 6 month check up yesterday and everything looks great. All my lab work were within the normal range. I'm down 80 lbs since Feb 1st and 70 lbs since surgery on 2/18/05. I'm feeling great and exercising alot. Hope everyone else is doing well!
