I am not sure if people are still reading this thread but I am also stuck and have only lost 40some pounds. 330 to 284 and things do not look like they want to happen. I have bad knees and it makes it hard for me to vary my exercise a lot. I have been braving the pain for walking on the tread mill. At this point all of those bouncy classes just make me hurt looking at them. There was talk at the last meeting of us goining on a 700 cal diet for a time. My other and probably worse problem is that I do not get sick from any food. Candy, sugar and even fat do not make me ill. I have been trying to stop them completely but I have always had problems with the old won't power. Yes I can eat far less than I could before but still I have managed to stall my progress so it must be bad enough. Jess J

Are you getting in your water and protein requirements? I too can eat anything I want. I might get a little tired and blah feeling but I don't get sick. In fact I keep M&M's in my desk drawer at work. But I've had the same bag for 2 or 3 months and it is still 1/4 full. I have found if I double scoop my protien shake for breakfast and before bed it makes it easier to get in my protien. If you like the protien shakes or bars use them as snacks, or beef jerky, cheese sunflower or pumpkin seeds sugar free pudding ( I love that) You can still get the sweet fix without it sabotaging the weight loss. Sometimes when you feel hungry try drinking a glass of water as fast as you can without getting sick and it will fill up your pouch. I know if I don't get in enough protien I'm hungry all the time still. I've lost 83 pounds so far and surgery was Feb 23. Only about 30 pounds to my goal of 150. Remember this is a tool but you have to use it wisely. Good Luck and keep us posted. Janice 258/175/150 my goal
