Gosh Katie,
You are doing so great I am 3 1/2 months out and down 63 lbs. I just went 3 weeks with no loss, I hope I am back on the losing side now. I really try and stick to only eating my 3 times a day, but I usually have a little something else. I can only eat about 1/2 cup of food at one sitting, unless it is salad or soup and then I can eat more.
You are so lucky you haven't had any cravings. I have had a few. I have to fight them off and hope they will go away. I get so mad when people suggest WLS patients took the "easy" way out, but there is nothing easy about this process. It is a constant decision to eat right and make good choices.

First of all . . . . I am soooo happy for you! But . . . I am soooo down for me! I've only lost 45 lbs. in 3 months and I'm only loosing about a lb. a week. I don't think I'm eating too much and I go to water aerobics three times a week. My biggest cheat is whole wheat crackers - I usually eat about 6 of these a day. My mouth craves the crunch.
hi kate
congrats on the success story. that's wonderful. at 3 months i had gone down 75 pounds. woohoo! i have a long, long way to go, though, and i'm still not able to exercise very much. right now i'm in physical therapy for the fractured leg. it's still not back to where it should be and i'm concerned that i'm hurting it in some way - worsening an already badly set bone.
anyway. my food habits are about the same as yours - with the exception that i'm trying just about any foods now. just a bite of anything i want except sugar (it's my trigger).
great question, kate. take it easy and good luck with your ongoing success story.
