What's the longest time without loosing weight??

sounds like you've done and are doing everything correctly. just hang in there and celebrate what you've done so far.
how in the world are you getting 70+ grams of protein in each day. i am always struggling with that.
isn't curves great? i was there over a year ago - before wls - and am considering returning cause it really was a good way to exercise.
finally, maybe staying off the scale would be a good idea. i know it helps me when i step on it less often and see better results.

Thanks everyone for the encourgement! I am happy to say the scale moved 6lbs over the weekend!! I was so excited!
Dorthe- as for protein...well I eat chicken, fish, and cheese all the dang time! Now this weekend I had a bad weekend and hardly ate anything, but like today I have yogart, some cheese for a snack, tuna salad on toast for lunch, more cheese for a snack, chicken and brocolli w/cheese for dinner, and milk for a light snack before I go to bed. Some days I can eat it all, and others one bite and I don't want anything to do with my food. I just make sure to track everything on fitday.com. It really helps!!!

Brandy congratulations on your journey and the 6 lbs. now showing up on the scale. I was out of town so I'm just catching up on the message boards but I to have experienced a couple of stalls and like you the next week I'll lose around 5-6 lbs.
I know sometimes it makes us crazy but do remember that our bodies have to catch up to all of the wonderful things happening to us since surgery. It doesn't know what the heck is going on.
You are doing great, keep on .
