CALLING EVERYONE WEIGH IN TIME
I am just 1 week short of my 3 month anniversary...(2/16/05). Everyone says I'm a light-weight and YOUNG at that! My doctor's visit yesterday weighed me in at 188lbs, which is a loss of -49lbs.
Honestly, I feel like my loss is SLOW. I don't think I'm getting enough water in. I need to exercise, and I have to make BETTER food choices. My metabolism has slowed down because I don't take in enough calories. I need to be at 1000 calories/day, but that's really hard for me. I think I do anywhere from 300-700/day.
It's funny, though. I'm so used to being in the 200s, that it really hasn't hit me that I'm in the 100s. That's a nice feeling, but what's really frustrating is that my clothes sizes really haven't changed too much...the pants I have are a little looser, but the size has not changed! argh! Nobody notices the weight loss yet, either. People who know about the surgery are looking to find the difference.
