Holy Cow! More weight gone!

I went to weigh myself today. I've gone to every 2 weeks for weigh-ins, so the last time I weighed was 4/18/05. Since then, I've lost 11.1 pounds and my total weight loss since surgery is now 55.1 pounds! I'm SOOOOO happy!! I'm doing the happy dance! How is everyone else doing?

You are doing so well, congratulations! I had surgery on 2/10 and I'm down 52 lbs. I know if I did a little more exercise I would lose a little more. I need to work on exercise this week. Keep up the good work! Mary M.

WTG on your weight loss! I weighed in today at 226 which makes my total lost so far 58# I am one happy camper too

I started waaaay up at 407.5 and I'm now at 352.4. I have another 182.4 lbs to go to get to my goal of 170, but I know I'll get there someday. I want it too much for it not to happen. Thanks for the good wishes, everyone. I love to read how you all are doing and how happy you all are.

Hey, then we are turtles together! I'm at 48lbs and I'm thrilled. I know my body needs to take a rest day now and then. Could you have ever imagined loosing 47lbs in less that 10 weeks before?? We should be jumping!! Hugs to you, Susi
