Tri-Care Standard ??? And BMI under 40 :-(

Has ANYONE gotten tricare to approve them on the "standard" insurance and how much out of pocket did you have to pay afterwards? Also... how many have had approval with the BMI at 37 ish with some complications ( borderline diabetic, some incontinence, have tried dieting and pills in the past... poss sleep apenea) Im curious was it harder to get this surgery if you in this critera. Thanks Dorise Im seeing Dr. Cartro or Applbaum in El Paso.... is this a good group to help you get approval???
