I would say get MOVING... just even if you walk all day till you cant walk no more... walk to the store.. walk to the mail box.. walk the mall and window shop.... for all those skinny clothes you are going to want.. he he he..
and keepo up the good work.. 2-3 lbs is better than being stuck at a plateau....

ugh! I know how FrUstRAtinG that is!!! My weight finally broke after almost 2 1/2 weeks! I didn't lose one pound! I actually gained some! I'm worried it has something to do with my diet...I list my daily diet in my profile...I would love for someone to review it and give me feedback on what I'm doing wrong. I've only lost like 3 pounds in the last 2 1/2 weeks! That's after I started working out like crazy. 45 minutes worth of cardio and 45 min worth of weight lifting.
