so my boss decided to resign

i'm happy, since we didn't always get along that well. i'm worried, since the person *****places this boss may just be worse i'm scared, what if i don't know enough to keep my job thru this change but most of all i'm tired guess i'll go to bed and see what happens tomorrow. take care dorthe

Dorthe... I am glad you no longer have to work with someone you didnt like... but keep in mind that it is important to get off on a good note with whoever replaces the old boss... as a supervisor its always tough to please everyone but extremely important to be fair... so whenever you meet the new boss... be patient... and invite them for coffee.. share some of your concerns from the past boss and maybe some tips that could be helpful... You never know maybe you could really hit it off well.. I know I did that to my now boss when he was new... he started out at a different level.. but he never forgot how warm and friendly I was when he first started... I was just a little ol part time staff too.. so it is nice that now since he is the BIG dog... he remembers me for my warm greeting.. and he has made me the UNOFICIAL welcome wagon whenever we get new staff.. Good luck... and keep us all updated on your progress... I hope your new boss is at least good eye candy... so in case you dont get along.. it will be pleasant to watch him!! ha ha ha DOdgergirl
