Just came back from my reg. weigh in. I've been having some pains lately but just brushed it off as being maybe " a muscle or something I pulled" They took a sonogram and found out I have 2 big gall stones. I go into the hospital tomorrow to have them removed. I iz very very scared I have no idea what to expect pain wise. Please pray for me.

So sorry Saida, I know that has to be painful.......but on an up note, this happens all the time to wls people, and people who have not had wls. I think that it is probably a pretty simple procedure. Let us know how things go.

Saida, I'm sorry to hear about your gallbladder! I had mine out 3 weeks prior to WLS and I really didn't have much pain. It felt more like I had done too many sit-ups (yeah, right! Like I would do too many sit-ups!). But it was not that uncomfortable and since you've just been through WLS this will be a breeze and you'll be felling better soon! Big Hugs, Susi

hi said. sorry to hear about the issue you're having. but i've read the other posts and would tend to agree. compared to wls it should be a breeze. or at the very least, pain pill tolerable. take care, saida. let us know how you're doing. dorthe
