3 weeks...still nothing!

Cass, hang in there g/f. I lost weight the first 4 weeks, then nothing at all for over 2 weeks. i finally was able to keep food down for a few days and lost 2 pounds. this is a roller coaster ride and i am puking through much of it. but... i hear it takes time and patience and following the plan. feel free to email me anytime. terri

Cassandra, I have been the same as you. First two weeks lost 21lb then nothing for three weeks. I try not to weigh myself but sometimes can't resist but then get depressed as I am usually the same. I find it a comfort that there are others going through the same thing, so there is hope for us. Hang in there. Diane

I am glad I am not the only one hovering at 267 and bouncing back and forth between 267 and 270. I did loose 33 lbs after 5 weeks, but now this week I have actually gained. I was wondering if too much protein could cause weight gain. Oh, well. I guess just keep doing what we are doing and it has to drop off. I am also doing the fitday.com, but I will take a look at the calories again to see if that is impacting the scales. I hope we all get back on the loosing track soon. Summer is coming and I want to get a new bathing suit! (like that is all that I am worried about-I have spring fever pretty bad right now) Jen
