Exercise
I just got cleared for exercise today. Don't push yourself too hard, but remember, the more you walk the more you'll lose. If you don't want to go outside, walk around a department store or a mall. Or go up and down every aisle in the grocery store.
Best of luck to you...just remember how much you've already put into this...you might as well go the extra mile

I have never been a fitness walker and I never will be. That's just me, and I've come to accept it!
That being said, I'm big on going to the gym. I will do machines there (treadmill and elliptical mostly) but I love the fitness classes! I do a lot of spinning, water biking, boxing and strength training (well, not yet on the strength training - still three more weeks until I'm cleared for that).
I also like outdoors stuff, so we shoot baskets, play tennis, hike and do lots of biking.
In my opinion, the best exercise is the one you'll DO. So find something you like and you're more likely to stick with it...and for me, variety is key!
Honestly, I didn't like working out before. But now that I've started an active lifestyle, I really miss working out. It was harder than giving up chocolate after surgery.
Hope some of this has helped.
thank god someone finally said it. i'm not feeling all that much like exercising either. had surgery 2/8/5. didn't get the cast off my broken leg until late february and i've been trying to walk in a straight line ever since. ( i kind of veer off to one side - compensating for the cast)
i got no motivation for ya, girl. only the knowledge that you're not alone.
good luck. talk to you soon.
