DOING GOOD (TOO WELL??)

Hello fellows! I have basically been eating whatever looks good to me. Chicken does not agree with me, but I can eat hamburger, tuna and steak with no problems. I just chew like crazy with that steak! Oh, ham is also ok but I have only had it deli shaved. I have had bread in small amounts with no problems. I can eat boiled, softened veggies like carrots, corn and celery. I like scrambled eggs, but deviled eggs are off the list for now at least (so sad!) I have not tried any candy or sugary stuff at all - I honestly have not cared too either, but I did dump BAD on a chocolate protein shake - and my god that was on HORRID experience I never wish to repeat! Thank god I still love the taste of plain water, so I have a glass of iced water with me wherever I go I do not monitor my intake at all - I just eat slowly, stop when I am full, choose good foods, and drink when I can (oh and take my vitamins of course!) So far I am down 46 # and about 2 sizes. I am also looking into starting an exercise program - scarey thought to me.
