Feb 15th ers!

I know what you mean, I definitely see it in my face and a co-worker said that my tummy looks so flat now. I haven't really noticed any difference in clothes, but like you, I haven't tried to wear anything too fitting yet. This binder kind of gets in the way! It amazes me how much better I look after 3 weeks. It makes me wonder what will change next Cara

To me I really cant tell a difference... however; my family and friends are already amazed (what are they going to do when I lose 100lbs?)... they said that they can see a difference in my "pretty" face and neck. I guess I can tell in my feet (yes, my feet). I have a pair of shoes that are a 8.5 and they use to fit... now they are too big. All I can say is WOW. Brigitte
