Wow time flies

27 days has gone by and I have lost 31lbs and 10inches . Hard to believe that it will be a month tomorrow since I had this awesome life changing surgery. The very best thing I have ever done for myself.The only small problem is called enough h2o!! But not to worry cause I will Prevail!! Lynn
