10 DAYS POST OP AND I ENDED UP IN HOSPITAL WITH AN INFECTION FROM THE DRAIN SITE. IN HERE THREE DAYS ALREADY, HOPING TO COME OUT TOMORROW. STILL IN ALOT OF PAIN FROM THE INFECTION SITE. NOT TO MENTION THE HORRID BACK ACHE I HAVE...PROBABLY FROM THE HOSPITAL BEDS.

MY MOM IS ACTUALLY POSTING THIS FOR ME. ANYONE OUT THERE END UP WITH AN INFECTION? HOW ARE YOU?

Sorry to hear about your infection. I have not had any problems with my surgery. I had my surgery on 2/15. I hope you feel better soon. Take care, Maura

I ended up with an infection in my incisions about two weeks post op but was just put on Antibotics, not only did it stall my weight loss I ended up gaining 4 lbs because of it. I am one month post op today and am only down 10.6 lbs

I hope your infection gets better. I read in Carnie Wilson's book she had an infection and had to get it drained everyday.
