feelin' fine post op

hi just a short note to say i missed all of you while i was in the hosp. i had my op on monday and feel great i did not get my ryn as expected we ran into a problem with my liver i have what is termed a fatty liver i got a temp.op called the sleeve i will go have the reg op when the liver has healed itself (3 to 6 mos. dr hornbostel said i would still lose aboout 100 lbs in 6 mos. i feel good my lap is healing real well. hard to get the liquid diet down but have a app. feb 22 hope to go to soft food. loretta :-0

Hooray, Loretta! Glad you are doing good. Sorry you ran into the problem with the fatty liver, but sounds as if you will lose weight anyway. I am so glad for you! I had my surgery on Tuesday and I am doing great! Carol L
