im home now
Hi Kristie,
Congradulations and welcome home. I had my surgery on the 10th of february too. I am from Groton. I had Lapascopic. As I said in several other posts if I could get rid of the GAS I would be able to run a marathon. I feel great physically.
Emotionally is a different story, I have been an emotional wreck crying at the top of the hat. I am on a liquid die****er,broth and 6 oz of slimfast a day and o yea SF popsicles. I go on the 22nd for my 2 week post op, then I will be able to go from liquid to puree or anything as tolerated.
Are you like me I am a scalaholic, have you weighed yourself? I have and can't believe the scale, lol... How much did you weigh at surgery and what do you weigh now?
Surgery I weighed 298 and am 5'9 and now the scale says I weight 278 hmmmmmmmmm thats an awful lot. LOL
Feel free to email me I would luv to keep in touch with freinds that are on the same wave lenght as me.
Tara K from Ct.....
