You are going to be soooo amazed these first couple of weeks as the weight just kind of falls off of you. I had surgery on the 2nd and today is my first return visit to the surgeon's office. Good luck you the new road ahead of you and I'm looking forward to your updates. Pat

Hi Kristie, Congradulations and welcome home. I had my surgery on the 10th of february too. I am from Groton. I had Lapascopic. As I said in several other posts if I could get rid of the GAS I would be able to run a marathon. I feel great physically. Emotionally is a different story, I have been an emotional wreck crying at the top of the hat. I am on a liquid die****er,broth and 6 oz of slimfast a day and o yea SF popsicles. I go on the 22nd for my 2 week post op, then I will be able to go from liquid to puree or anything as tolerated. Are you like me I am a scalaholic, have you weighed yourself? I have and can't believe the scale, lol... How much did you weigh at surgery and what do you weigh now? Surgery I weighed 298 and am 5'9 and now the scale says I weight 278 hmmmmmmmmm thats an awful lot. LOL Feel free to email me I would luv to keep in touch with freinds that are on the same wave lenght as me. Tara K from Ct.....
