Had mine done TODAY!!

Hey, guys! I checked in at 6am...was rolled in about 7:30...woke up at 8:40...was walking by 9:30 and was discharged at about 10:20! What a breeze! They recommended I be sure to walk around...ended up going to wal-mart w/ my wife to get my supplies! I think I pushed myself a LITTLE too much, and was really tired afterwards, but I feel really great after resting! To all those about to go in for surgery, I can't wait to see you guys on the LOSING side! Good luck! --Dan

I think we should now call you "Amazing Dan" .....I can't believe that you had surgery and then were at Walmart later. I think we all need to to you.....Congrats on such an easy time..all us pre ops can only pray that ours goes so well... take care, Karen LAP RNY 2/17/05 yikes!

I hope all of you are as lucky as I was. We went to Old Navy today to get my son some new clothes. We also went to Bath/Bodyworks to get me some "firming" lotion that was recommended to me to minimize the extra skin from the quick weight loss. Good luck to you guys!
