I have 1 week to go, and I am making a list of stuff to stock up on like broth, gatorade, etc... I read somewhere to make homemade soups and freeze the broth in single serving size containers, what should be a serving for the first week or 2? Any other advise?

Hi Deb, I'm a week post op and am really enjoying sf jello and sf popsicles. The broth I just buy in the reduced fat/sodium. Don't like the beef I had made some turkey broth and froze them in ice cube trays. You can use that later on to cook veggies as well. A serving size is 2-3 oz. You need to get in 48 oz per day during the first week--very important. Oh yeah, don't forget crysal light. More economical than diet Snapple (which I love). Good luck, you will do great! Pat
