Hey Susan, I'm 6 days post and for me it was a piece of cake. I feel great and I'm happy as a clam having lost 15 lbs in 6 days. You will do fine, but my thoughts and prayers will be with you. Remember you have made the commitment to change your life. The surgery is the easy part! Pat
