What's in your suitcase?

I have a feeling we can give the guys a run for their money, now and after. A peri bottle - I used to work OB/GYN at the hospital. Ugh. It's a squirt bottle that is basically the same thing as the plastic bottles used for hair color. You can fill it with warm water and squirt places you can't reach. You know, I thought about calling my beautician to see if I could get my nails done. I may still do that. She has promised to take care of my hair if anything happens. The hospital you are going to is not far from my house. Do you need anything? Jeanie, bouncing off the walls this morning

heh - I thought I was only one so vain! I usually have mani's and pedi's, but I'm getting them done fresh for the surgery - clear polish though! You're not supposed to have your nail beds obscured for the surgery.... something about checking your oxygen levels. I'm also having my hair done. If I die on the table, I'm gonna die looking good! I'm going alone and I really don't want to check luggage (I'm flying), so I'm going to try to get everything into a carry-on. Makeup and hair stuff - I'll feel better if I look good chapstick mu-mus (those big loose housedress things) 1 pair jeans and a couple of blouses (hoping I'm not too swollen to wear them) flip-flops slip-on shoes logic puzzle magazines book to read a crochet project cell phone normal toiletries notebook Crystal Light (the new squeeze stuff that goes right into bottled water) broth packets handy-wipes Somethin' to help me reach unreachables... I like the peri bottle idea! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Jenny in Jamaica Dr. Aceves; lap RNY; Feb 5, 2005
