Tweety finally got a surgery date! Need an :angel: !!!

I posted here about 2-3 years ago. After much agony with BCBS, I was denied 2 times!! I submitted an over substantial amount of information and was still denied. So, actually, I'm an old friend here, just haven't posted due to disapointment. However, my husband said that this was it. With or without BCBS we were going forward. God bless him! I now have a scheduled date for surgery... Feb. 9th 2005!! I will turn the BIG 50 on Valentine's Day and decided to celebrate later, older, but thinner.So, it looks as though I will be 5-6 days post surg. on my birthday.I don't mind telling you that I am still scared, but for 24 years since I had my 3 boys, I have been overweight and miserable. I am hoping to be a grandmother in Aug. 2005!!... and I want to be able to enjoy my new position.The pain that we all have endured is beyond peoples' imaginations. So many just don't understand.The loneliness one feels being Obese is disheartening. So, with that said, I hope to find a friend or even an angel here to guide me, so that when my post time comes, I may return God's work in someone else.
