February 9, 2005 @ Scripp Mercy Hospital in San Diego. The original date was on 01/18/2005, but was postponed because I needed to be on a CPAP machine for two months prior to surgery.
Congradualtion on your date.... My date is 2/8/05 at Harbor City Kaiser. Then sent me though rings for approx. 1 1/2 years but I had a good physically. I have been on CPAP for 6 months and feel so much better.
