Ok, my fellow February surgery buddies, what is everyone doing? The board is so slow, almost looks like it is dying . Let's try to post some more, let everyone know how you are doing! I'm doing pretty good, having some female issues I need to get resolved, bad pap and heavy cycles. Go back next month to see my GYN and see what route to go. I'm just ready to have a hysterectomy and get it over with. Weight wise I'm maintaining between 121-124, do find myself with more challenges the further out I am.....I've tested the waters so to speak and don't dump so I'm having to be careful with my choices. I'm amazed how much more I can eat now and that I get hungry.....I know it isn't a whole lot but when you consider 1 year ago I was only able to eat 1/2 - 1 oz at a time and now I can eat 2-4 oz (depending on density) it scares me. Well I knew I'd face challenges, now to deal with choices. I don't want to go back, I won't. Hugs, Dana

hey miss dana. i'm doing well also. i guess i've been posting mainly on the main board but you're right, our board is dying!! nothing much going on around here really. trying to get my sister's wedding plans together. keeping up on my workouts too!! i'm maintaining between 143-145 and i too can eat quite a bit more than i thought i would. i'm not worried about it though. i think i work out enough that i'm probably not eating more than i should. i don't eat larger amounts but i have started to add snacks in. i'm having trouble keeping my blood sugar elevated so i have to eat more frequent meals. my blood pressure is still staying really low. the only thing i have to complain about my health is some female issues but i think we've got that figured out now and this crazy vertigo. but i'm adapting! that's it for me!! Hey sweetie, female issues, ughhh let's not go there, I'm dealing with this crap myself. I'm ready to have a hysterectomy and be done with it (I know hormones can be an issue though). Hey what better time than now to throw a TT in with another surgery , that way insurance would pay for some (A girl can dream right ?) Girl, are you still doing the chicometrics? I did it again yesterday, my abdomon is where I feel the most pain, of course, it's alway where I need the most help. How many days a week you doing it? They say 2-3 but I wonder if it would hurt to do it more????????? I really enjoy it, although I can't do it all, I have to rest.

I'd like to have a TT done too but we're working on a baby....obviously not successfully!! but still working on it. hopefully it'll happen soon or i'm giving up. i'm too old to try for years! If things don't get moving soon i'm going to the TT and BL/implants!! Yep i'm still doing chico. my pain is mostly in my legs. i feel it mostly the next day when i'm doing my elliptical/walking videos. ouch!! but i'm losing those inches so it's ok. no pain no gain...right?? i only do it 3 days a week. i wouldn't do it more than that though. you need to give your body a rest from the same activity. so just every other day or so. i took a different route when starting the chico...i did the golden version 3 times then did the regular version. i do some of the modified exercises too. they work better for me. i'm on a routine of 60 minutes of walk aerobics or elliptical daily. then on mon/wed/friday i do chico. then on tues/thurs/sunday i do weight training. then i take the day off on saturday and go shop with my mom and sister. give those muscles time to heal and relax a little!! you'll see the benefits quickly with the chicometrics. make sure you measure yourself!!

I'm still around! I really need to update my picture! I am at goal, I stay between 155-160, which is a good weight for me. That has me in a size 7/8, even in Cruel Girl Jeans or Rockies. Yes, I can eat more now, too. I just try my best to make good choices. But even at that I still eat 1/4 of what I did before surgery! I get around 1100 calories per day. I also work out M-F morning's before work. What is this chico something y'all are talking about? My life is just really busy! I go horseback riding every Thursday evening. I plan to buy my own horse next spring. I am even planning to try riding in a cutting show in a few months. My sister and her husband show, they own 4 cuttin' horses. I have been seeing a good looking, tall (6ft 4in) cowboy. Sigh.....I know he is probably NOT mr right, but he is fun, makes me laugh, makes me feel tiny! He never knew me fat, so he has no idea what I used to be like. He just see's the me I am today. I have all this energy! He trains horses for a living. I go to the YMCA and take a couole of classes each week to suplement my workout routine. I work in the yard fairly often. Go out with friends. Life sure is different as a thin person, isn't it? You know when I weighed 305+ I was invisiable. Hard to believe, but y'all know it's true. Men especially didn't notice me. Now, with a pair of size 7 low rise, slim cut Cruel Girl Jeans and a little knit tank top ( thank you Dr Clement for the new boobs!) my rhinestone western belt and lace up's.....men talk to me all the time! Talk about WOW moments. I hope everyone is having as much fun in their new lives! Hugs, Susan

Hey Dana! Man Ive just been keeping so busy with the kids thatI havent been on much! I actually have the energy to PLAY with them now, and boy do we play! We jump on the trampoline, play on the swingset, go swimming most days, and just run around in general! I love my new life! Youre right though, we need to keep this board goin! The further out we get the more support were gonna need to help stay in line. Right now Im maintaining (unahppily might I add) at 115lbs. Thats just too thin for my 5'6 medium frame, I think anyway. I look like freakin dolly parton from the neck down! My implants have settled into a 32F so Im all boobs and not much else, although I have retained some of my hips, however small they may be so it does help to at least even things out and give me an hourglass figure still, just a much smaller one. Im trying my best to get back to 125-135 (dont want to go any higher than that). The most important thing is that Im healthy and have energy and my labs look great. Its just hard recognizing myelsf this small now. AS long as I stay healthy and my docs are say Im okay I wont stress too much, I just want to gain 10 pounds to feel more comfortable with myself. I guess my bodies just taking control of the weight it wants now. Most people are telling me I look great at this weight, so we shall just wait and see I guess. Right now I wear a 0 bottoms but Ive found that if I want skirts, shorts or capris (jeans are obviously too short)I can get them cheaper in the little girls department. I wear a Large in that dept (9/10 I think it is). Shirts are a small in Juniors as long as they can stretch over my boobs otherwise they look like a tent on me if I get a medium. Thats about all that going on with me, but when something else pops up Ill be right here with all my fellow Febs!
