HI GUYS. I HAVE A QUESTION. I AM 7 WEEKS OUT TOMORROW AND CAN START FRUIT AND VEGGIES. I THOUGHT DIANE TOLD ME TO HAVE 1 oz WITH TWO OF MY MEAL. I CALLED AND TALKED TO AMY TODAY AND SHE SAID 1 OZ EACH TIME I EAT. WHICH IS RIGHT CAUSE I AM CONFUSED. BUT MY REAL QUESTION IS WHAT DO I EAT. AMY SAID NO POTATOES AND I THINK GREEN BEANS ARE NO GOOD. I WILL HAVE BANANAS AND APPLESAUCE AS A FRUIT. AND THEN BRANCH OUT BUT I DONT LIKE VEGGIES MUCH. WHAT DO YOU EAT AND DO YOU HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO KEEP THE FOOD GOOD. I CANT HAVE PART OF A BANANA IN THE AM AND SAVE IT OR IT WILL BE ALL BROWN. THANKS FOR ANY INFO. BTW I AM STILL STUCK. I AM HOVERING BETWEEN 310 AND 307. IT IS STARTING TO BUG ME. IT HAS BEEN OVER 2 WEEKS AND NO BIG MOVEMENT. I KNOW IT IS NORMAL SO I AM NOT LETTING IT GET TO ME. I HAVE STARTED EXERCISING MORE. WISH ME LUCK. LADONNA -42 (TODAY-)

I have 1 oz with lunch & with supper. I usually have a protein drink for breakfast. I eat potatoes, pintoes, because I'm not much for veggies. Soometimes I just have 3 oz of meat. Wrap you am banana up in Glad wrap & put it in the fridge. It may turn a little brown on the end, but you can slice that part off. I have had all kinds of fruits except for pineapple. Don't worry about the scale at week 7, I was -40 lbs & the scale was barely moving--just about a pound a week. Congratulations on your -42 lbs.

Hi Aly, The best way to get a jump start is go back to what worked in the beginning. Remember Protien "FIRST" and plenty of "WATER" , this may mean get back on protien shakes and get the protien up to what your Dr. said to stay at. Get moving - even if it is just a walk, you have the tool forever it never goes away like the many diets we have been on. You can do this and the weight will come off, Good Luck and let us know how you are doing. By the way don't be too hard on yourself we have all strayed one time or another. You are very smart to ask for help before you gained weight or just gave up. Take care..deb k
