Can anyone besides me use some accountability?
Hey fellow Feb 2005 losers. I'm 45 lbs from my goal weight and the weight loss has really slowed to a snails pace. A few too many carbs are sneaking into my diet and I really need some accountability. Is anyone else feeling this way too?
What can we do to aid and support one another? None of us wants to backslide as we all worked so hard to get to where we are now. We have now entered the hardest faze of our journeys....for must of you it is maintenance. For me I still have to get there but am facing the same issues.
So what do you say?

Hey Ms. Pat, I agree I need the accountablity. I'm finding more carbs creep in and I have to put the breaks on more frequently.
I started drinking more water last week, over 100 oz a day, and it's really helping me a lot. I was catching myself thinking about food constantly from the time I woke up til I went to bed. It was driving me , since I'm drinking more, I don't think about food, I'm having to make myself eat again....thought I'd share with you that might help you.
