You've forced me to hit the scale for the first time in over 6 months.
Wow was that painful. I was a lightweight when I had the surgery 216.
I got down to 136 but I'm up to 150 now -- ouch! So I guess I can only contribute 66 pds to the running total. Oops I hit reply before I wrote down the total. So I hope whoever posts next will add my measly 66 pds to the total. I guess I needed this wakeup call.

You look terrific too. I have to get a photo up on the page. I have plenty of old ones from before my surgery but not many since. I think I'll make a point of submitting one this weekend. Thanks for the encouragement I really appreciate it.

Thanks for responding, I have to say that Mary you look great! I'm planning on trying to use this site more often. It's great to know I'm not alone -- this way I can't have a pity party. You folks are so inspiring.

I am finding life to be a lot more than I can handle right now, but hanging in there..
