Count me in!!! Friday accountability days work great for me also. I'll be leaving Sunday for San Antonio for a week (for work) but I believe I'll have my laptop with me, so I should be good to go for next Friday also. Should get alot of exercise in that week walking the Riverwalk. Yea!!!! I'm so excited!!!! Wanda

Mary, Fridays will work for me, but I am going to be in Sioux Falls this friday for a meeting. I will have my laptop with me and hopefully will be able to find a connection. Thank you for making me feel so welcome, I just moved and I had a great support system back in MN. I am finding myself a bit alone here and finding myself slipping into old habits. Annette, Awesome. I like Fridays to be the accountabilty day ... how about you? Will that work for you? I've just gotten over the flu, so starting this Friday will work for me. Gives me a couple more days to recoup before starting exercise etc. Mary
