Hey Milissa - I just take the regular Citracal+d and/or Citracal+Magnesium - there a little bit on the horse pill side of things, size-wise, but basically don't have any flavor or taste. I know they also did just release some different ones that are in Chocolate, Chocolate/Mint, Caramel, etc. I found them at the local Walmart Supercenter; about 6 bucks for 30 - these are definitely chewable, but don't taste too bad... And lastly... congratulations! ...Nick

Annette, I weight sometimes daily as it helps me too, so I do understand what you are saying. I just wanted to reinforce that "weighing each week" was not a requirement to be part of the recommitment for this group. I know many would rather weight once a month or only when they are at the doctors etc. I found that I vary 2 to 3 lbs at times and other stay steady. I like to weigh first thing in the morning before eating. Have a great week and hope you get your walking in. Mary

Hey Milissa . . . I just ordered Calcium Citrate Liquid (Tropical Oasis) from Susan Maria & I really like it. I keep it in the fridge & just take a gulp every am & pm. It's a somewhat tart orange flavor. I got this huge bottle for $22.50 I think. I'm not sure how it will do with your queezy stomach, as I remember when I was pregnant I had a hard time holding a lot of things down. But now, 4 months after giving birth - my hair is falling out like crazy again. My doctor recommended extra calcium . . . although I think its just another one of those times that I just have to "ride out" . . . but I figure the calcium can't hurt. Congratulations on the baby!!! Hugs, Amanda

Hey Mary, I actually want to weigh each week because if I do gain weight a certain week I can reflect on why I gained and catch it before it adds up. I did weigh myself last night and I was right I weigh 163.5 but that is not too bad. I don't want to go over 165. I am happy with 163.5. I just hope that next week I weigh the same or atleast a half a pound less. I need to walk more this week because I am feeling really tired, I need to get that blood pumping and adrenaline jumping! Annette, Absolutely don't feel that you have to weigh each week. It is only if you want to do so. You are doing GREAT, keep making you the priority. I have to get my vitamins into my priority again too. I had been so faithful with taking them. Mary

Hey I am checking in. I want to reflect on last week as I look back I stated that I wanted to take my vitamins on time and drink more fluids well I drank more but I don't have a set schedule and didn't do good with vitamins last week but this week it is my priority I already had a set this morning so far so good. Another thing I want to do is walk during my afternoon break atleast 3 days a week then work up to 4 then 5. I didn't weigh myself this week yet but I think that I gained a little, I feel bloated. I will wait till next week I don't want to see any high numbers and feel discouraged but will work on keeping numbers the same for now. Hope everyone else keeps up with the weekly check ins.
