Glad to hear everything checked out ok. My iron is low also, but it was like that before the surgery. Let me know how the supplement does. I'm not currently taking one, but might ask my doc about it.

Good to see you, Denise! Hope you and your family are doing well.
1. Who would you like to have dinner with - anyone at all....? My mother who died in 1997. I'm scared if I ate with someone of notoriety, I would make a complete fool of myself! I'd probably be so nervous, I wouldn't be able to eat.
2. What is your favorite movie? Cheaper By The Dozen - the old version
3. What do you like most about yourself? I'm a happy person most of the time.
4. What is your worst habit? I worry too much about what other people think.
5. How do you show your love for others? I show love to my family by being there for them whenever they need me. I try to be kind to everyone.
6. What is your favorite spot in your home? Oh, this one's easy.... my recliner in the family room.
7. What kind of car do you drive? Saturn L300 / Chevy S10 (husband and I ride to and from work together and switch from one to ther other)

The polls are fun, thanks for posting them. Here's my responses:
1. Who would you like to have dinner with - anyone at all....? I would love to have my whole family here in AZ. None of them have seen our home or this wonderful area.
2. What is your favorite movie? Patch Adams (Robin Williams - based on true story)
3. What do you like most about yourself? My smile.
4. What is your worst habit? Biting my nails.
5. How do you show your love for others? Little gifts, surprises, hugs, saying I love you.
6. What is your favorite spot in your home? The sofa in our family room. Tiny room (actually meant to be a teen room - which is a mini living room in our home). I love the coziness of the room. It makes me feel good to be there.
7. What kind of car do you drive? RAV4
8. Do you chew ice? Yes, but mostly by eating SF snow cones so not to damage my teeth. Besides I LOVE snow cones.
Topic: 2 year labs
I just had my 2 year follow up appointment - yes a little late. Prior to the appointment I had some labwork done. I was a little nervous about it because I haven't been a "good girl" when it comes to making sure I'm getting all that I should be.
Turns out that everything looked ok, except for my iron. Dr. said it was a little low. Not quite anemic, but he wants to re-check in a few months and wants me to start on a new supplement.
My weight was down 15 pounds from the previous year - and I had a baby in that year. I was pleased and Dr. seemed ok with me wanting to lose maybe 30-40 more pounds. I did tell him that I was pleased with the current results and I did not have a magical weight in my head that I wanted to be at, just a feeling I was after.

Good morning...What a nice sunny day here in Central PA. Spring has sprung and summer is right around the corner. so, some random thoughts from me to you.
1. Who would you like to have dinner with - anyone at all....? I'd like to have dinner with my grandfather (passed away in 2003) or with Oprah Winfrey
2. What is your favorite movie? A Fish Called Wanda
3. What do you like most about yourself? I think I'm pretty easy to talk to and am a relatively easy going person and I've got great hair - most of the time.
4. What is your worst habit? Too quick to judge others.
5. How do you show your love for others? I think I"m pretty affectionate and I make pies for my husband and cuddle and hug my kids a lot.
6. What is your favorite spot in your home? The corner of my sectional in my family room.
7. What kind of car do you drive? Mini van -
8. Do you chew ice? I love love love to chew ice. Bad habit -
