Here is a great WOW moment: Yesterday, I went shopping, and had the reverse happen: MOST OF THE CLOTHES WERE TOO BIG FOR ME!!! I am now officially a size 4, and a size S... instead of size 4XL and or 30/32 In addition, my wedding ring went in for sizing...finally. My old size was a size 10. The new size....size 5 1/2 !!!!!!!!!!! I USED TO WEIGH 327 POUNDS.... Thank goodness for this surgery. I now weigh 120 pounds! My old BMI was 56. Currently, it is 21. I am eternally grateful! Now, that's reason for yelling WOW!

Hi Michelle! I have noticed this winter that i am cold most of the time, with my hands and feet being exceptionally cold. Yesterday i was outside with coat AND gloves and when i got inside and took my gloves off it felt like i had frost bite! Even right now, in my toasty warm house, my fingers and toes are very cold! I hope we both warm up soon!! Rachel 270/144

Wanda, You have to try the new Revlon lipstick we've talked about above. It is great and does not rub off at all. You are doing great. I love the feminine looking shirts. WOW, a belt .. how neat. I may need to buy one soon (just to keep my pants up). Mary 305/179/125????

Michelle, It might be worth checking with your doctor. I do get colder than before. My hands and my feet can feel like ice cubes at times. Mary

Lynn, How wonderful!!!!! A while back I sent photos to my mom of us in AZ. She thought a photo of Hal and I was actually of Hal and one of our friends. She was amazed when I told her it was me. She hasn't seen me in person since way before surgery. Your photo is great. Mary

Constantly! My hands are rarely warm and sometimes they actually hurt. I had some significant nerve/muscle damage to my left arm a couple of years ago and now that I've lost so much weight, my left hand looks very, very gaunt and is generally colder (even for others to touch) than my right. I just make certain that I keep gloves handy every time I step outside the door. BTW, it was a whopping ZERO here this morning! Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrr Julie

Mary - That's a great "Wow" moment. I am so happy for everyone. I've had two "WOW" moments. The first one happened recently when a friend and I were at a party and the only seat available was a flimsy, collapsable chair. I hesistated and stood, not taking the chair. My friend --reading my mind -- said, "Lynn, you're one of my SMALL friends now. You're not going to break the chair." It was such a revelation to me. The other WOW moment happened at the same party. I greeted an acquaintance that I hadn't seen in about a year. She was polite, but blew me off. Five minutes later -- after asking who I was -- she came running up to me apologizing and saying, "I didn't recognize you! You look great!" It was a lot of fun. Thanks for such a great post... ~Lynn

Hi there, Im out here on long Island and we had a wonderful high of 11 deg, with a windchill of between -10 and -15, its just really cold!, I think once it goes in 20 deg, I just concider it to be darn cold!. I can relate with the hands, mine are always cold and I take great pride these days in sticking them up shirts and down anyones neck that is warm. My hands have been more places to find warmth since my surgery than they have ever been in my many years! My feet seem to be okay for the most part as I wear two pairs of socks most of the time, but my hands I can never keep them warm. Whats with that?!?!?! Good Luck trying to find warmth this winter Lee
