Good Morning everyone. This board has been really quiet recently, I was just wondering who was out there, Lets do a roll call and see if everyone is still alive out there and surviving the wonderful snowy winter. Lee 304/145/156

Topic: Power Crunch Bars -- Update
I really like the Power Crunch bars (especially the french vanilla). I have been buying them from Smart Health Store (an obesity help sponsor). Well, I wrote them with a suggestion that they sell the bars in a sampler box -- 3 of each four flavors. I felt that even if they charged us a few cents more it was well worth it not to have to buy just one flavor especially if we wanted a variety or were trying them for the first time. I heard back today from the owner (Sharon Lindsey) and not only did they listen but they now have a sampler box as I suggested PLUS a mini sampler with one of each flavor. Wanted to pass this on to all of you, here's their link: http://www.smarthealthstore.com click on the left side of the screen for the samplers etc. They also have nutritional information on their site too for each of the products. The best part (besides high protein) is that they contain absolutely NO SUGAR ALCOHOLS!!!!!!! Mary

I'm sorry it means more tests and possibly, medication, but here's hoping and praying that they find some answers for you. I'd love to see you feeling as good as you look. Julie

I also don't think I malabsorb. I have never had a problem with my tests. As a matter of fact they are all perfect except the thyroid and I hav too much calcium which I cut back on. But I can gain too easily, right fromt he beginning. Everyone says you don't get all the calories you eat. That is BS when it comes to me. I have always gotten all of them along with all the vitamins. Joanne
