Hi Lee, I'm here. It is raining big time again here in "sunny???" AZ. LOL But definitely warm. I even have the front door open this morning to air the house and listen to the rain. It has been very hectic here the last two weeks. My mom is in the hospital (almost 2 weeks now) and our puppy has had some major liver problems. The puppy had to go thru an ultrasound and a liver biopsy (surgically done) last week. So not as much time on the computer as normal for me. We are busy with the house building too. It is so exciting to see the house taking shape. We have done meetings with the pool and landscaper people so that the pool will be completed 2 weeks after we move in and the landscaping done after that. I can't wait to see the finished product!!!! It is all so exciting. Stay warm and dry. Mary

Wanda, The number one thing I look for in good protein sources is taste and these really are good. Then I check for sugar alcohols, these bars do not contain any sugar alcohols which is a major plus in my book. Sugar alcohols and my body definitely do not agree even in small amounts so I steer clear of them 99% of the time. Mary

I have a stomach ache, right above my belly button. It's annoying and I've had it off and on for the past few days. Not disabling, just annoying. I haven't really eaten anything out of the ordinary and I"m not constipated. I have my 1 year appt. on Feb 10, I can wait until then. I don't think it's worth calling the office....but I may if it continues. any others with this type of pain? Denise
