Congratulations on the 139 pound loss, Angie! It HAS been a wonderful year and we are surely blessed. Good luck to you on the rest of your journey and let us know how you're doing. Its always good to hear from everyone about how things are going. It always helps me keep on track.

Happy anniversary to you!! Congratulations on your weight loss and healthier MBI of 33.7! It really is hard to get back on track to speed up the weight loss, isn't it? We just have to bite the bullet and get started. It's the first day that is the hardest, I find.

Sandra....I cannot believe over 200 pounds lost. What a tremendous accomplishment. You have really had your "nose to the road"!! I bet you never thought the weight loss would have been this fast. Only 12 pounds to goal!!!!! Wow, Wow, Wow
I bet your surgeon was thrilled with your success. You go girl!! On to the next part of your weight loss journey. You'll probably lose 12 pounds of skin with the plastic surgery.

What a year for me!!! 
One year ago today, I had surgery and I have lost 139 lbs. My BMI has went from 53.7 to 33.7. I still need to lose more weight, but look how far I have come. It has slowed down some, but I am exercising and getting back on track. It is amazing when I look at pictures of me in the hospital from a year ago. I am truly blessed that I have come this far with no complications. Good Luck to all of you that are researching this surgery....Just please make sure it is right for you and you take it seriously.
