That's pretty much how I feel too. I'm wearing 8's and 10's most of the time and that feels good to me. I'm not looking to appear 20 again; I'm content being 46. This is a good time of life and now that I feel better, it's wonderful.

Finding the right doctor can make all the difference and yours sounds wonderful! I hope everything goes really, really well for you. I have a feeling that you have always put everyone else's needs before yours, and its your turn to have something great for yourself. Please keep us updated every time you see him so we can celebrate with you! Julie

Paula, What encouraging news. I hope it all works out for you AND insurance will cover it for you too. Amazing what the little word "reconstuctive" can mean in $ and approval by the insurance companies. Mary

I went back in and checked my profile. I have been the same weight since the end of February. I still would like to lose another 30 to 50 lbs HOWEVER I'm trying not to stress over it. It is unusual to hold my own with regards to weight and that part I am pleased about. I think once we are settled in the new house and I have a true routine and projects etc that my weight loss should pick up again. I HOPE. Mary

Debbie, You are too funny .... actually till last year I'd never been to AZ, so if you had asked me then I would of said by the water preferably the ocean. There is no ocean here in AZ, so I guess now I will say I will retire out by my pool!!!!! LOL We signed the final papers on the new house today. Will have the keys next Weds!!!!!!!! Mary

Crappie is probably my favorite fresh water fish to eat. Have you ever tried to catch garr (sp)? Ugly fish, but fun to *try* to catch. I don't think you can eat them. Debbie

My greatest fear in this journey had been maintenance as you might recall. I gained weight the 12th month I was so terrified. I had never been able to maintain any weight loss. I have now in fact lost 5 additional pounds since I made goal 10 weeks ago. So, it is encouraging that I can add a little more complex carbs to keep from losing too much more. Hey, Debbie. You'll be mini-vacationing before you know it. We had to make the plans and STICK TO THEM. Thats the hard part. I like to fish for bream (small in size but put up a BIG fight) and crappie. Mark likes to fish for bass. I'll be content even if we don't get a bite....

Thanks, Paula. He is truly a gem! We do have our moments though, as I guess every couple does. We've just learned how to overlook each others moments (or just grown to ignore them!).
