hi everyone... Im up so I figured Id start. I got on the scale; I gained two lbs putting me back @ 208lbs. WAKEUP CALL=you don****ch what you eat, you dont lose weight! Sounds so simple... Ok, heres the goal. Exercise 30mins 5 days this week, drink all my water, and eat more protein. Lets see how I do!! PS- found those new south beach breakfast wraps...THEY ARE FANTASTIC!! 19g protein and 15g of fiber!! Kinda pricey but not terrible and worth it. I can eat half of one and be full

Sarah, Another thing that can impact our weight is sodium. Cheese is loaded with it, as is beef jerky, many nuts. Also if we aren't drinking enough fluids you can retain water too which can impact your weight. My week went OK. Did my vitamins and exercise. Still not losing, but know that is because I'm still doing too many carbs (bread). Working on it day by day. I like the South Beach lunch wraps in the refrigerator section. Get them when they are on sale. Mary

Oh I am so happy to be posting again. I got back from my vacation last Friday and I am happy to report that I lost two pounds with the running around and swimming I did. It was great. I am now 163.5. I have been writting down everything that I eat I want that to be a habit that I stick to that is my goal, every BLT (Bite, Lick, & Taste) that goes into my mouth. Also I want to stick to water intake, and high protein, vitamins and medication. I hope everyone's week goes smooth and everyone meets their goals and learns something new this week. Annette

Sorry for posting so late... spend all day Friday working outside on my front lawn and all day Monday working in the back yard. I don't remember what happened to Saturday and Sunday.... Its all a blur! Weight did not change at all last week. Did get my water in and I'm going to count the yard work as extra exercise since I'm so sore! My behind and the back of my legs are killing me! But, got the outside ready for the summer! Will work this week on getting all my intake posted on fitday.com. I lagged in posting Friday through Monday because I was so busy. Hope everyone has a good week! Wanda
