It's Friday ... How's it going?

Well, another week has gone by. How was it for you? Did you achieve what you set out to do? My week went quickly. I did exercise every day in the pool and got all my vitamins in (YIPEEEEE). We checked the natural gas meter yesterday and realized it probably is going to be too expernsive to heat the pool for the next month. By mid June it will be warm enough with the sun heating it. I was disappointed, but not greatly. I still am doing Curves and enjoy it and this summer will do both. I love the chewable vitamins and I'm getting them in each day finally. No weight loss, but I know I still am eating those darn carbs and need to focus on getting them out of my life unless they are good carbs. My goals are the same. How about the rest of you????? Let me know how you are doing? Anything we can do to help??? Mary

ok ok IM BACK!! School is done for right now and my god...I can breathe!! I lost another lb last week so I am down to 206...ugh. Its not going very fast but I am not being as good as I should. I vow this week to eat more protein and exercise 30min a day!! OMG its thursday...
