No time to exercise ...

This was in our paper yesterday and was geared to AZ, but would work for anyone just substitute a local attraction ... Too hot? Make a date with a friend for an early morning walk. If you need scenery for inspiration, stroll through the Desert Botanical Garden. Too tired? Shorten your routine for the day. Even 10 minutes helps, and once you get started, you might find the energy to go longer. Drink water; dehydration can make you tired. Too many family obligations? Plan activities that get everyone moving, like an afternoon at the park or a trip to the Phoenix Zoo. Shun the shuttle. Too much reading or studying to do? Walk or bike to a park, library or coffeehouse to hit the books. Too many favorite TV shows to watch? Record them and skip the commercials to save yourself about eight minutes for every 30-minute show. Devote the saved time to exercise.
