friday--how ya doing??
Ok, FRIDAY check in. Better late than never. Looking back at last week I did get liquids and vitamins in but my thyroid pills were low and I refilled them online but my darling husband still hasn't gone to pick them up yet I can't do it because it is too far away for me since I work in another township outside of the city I rely on him to do it but he promised me he would pick them up today. As for my walking I did but not the way I planned. At work I had to do my own job and cover in other areas since we are short handed so I have been on my feet all week running around. I am going to get a pedometer to keep track of how much I walk everyday. And this week I want to continue with liquids and actually track protein cause I haven't been doing that. I will track this week and determine how much I get in then set a goal for next week.

Hey,
Good news, I got my meds last night. Just in time too made it by 15 minutes of closing. I am relieved. Now I can focus on my other goals for the week.
Today we are having our baseball opening day luncheon at our office and I am going to be very careful not to go overboard I am going to serve myself in a smaller plate and in small quantities because I eat alot with my eyes and I will eat carbs but I wont overkill my plate with them.
I will update on how I did on our next Friday check in so stay tuned.
