Friday - How's it Going?
Hey Mary,
I actually want to weigh each week because if I do gain weight a certain week I can reflect on why I gained and catch it before it adds up. I did weigh myself last night and I was right I weigh 163.5 but that is not too bad. I don't want to go over 165. I am happy with 163.5. I just hope that next week I weigh the same or atleast a half a pound less. I need to walk more this week because I am feeling really tired, I need to get that blood pumping and adrenaline jumping!

I weight sometimes daily as it helps me too, so I do understand what you are saying. I just wanted to reinforce that "weighing each week" was not a requirement to be part of the recommitment for this group. I know many would rather weight once a month or only when they are at the doctors etc.
I found that I vary 2 to 3 lbs at times and other stay steady. I like to weigh first thing in the morning before eating.
