Exercise for Saturday...
Got two miles of walking in this morning. This week was not too great as far as getting my 11 miles in, but it was a very hectic week. Next week will be back to normal. Am going to try to get the 11 miles in. Hopefully, the weather will cooperate! I'm also going to try to incorporate some running in with my walks. I'll see how that goes.
I can really tell a difference in how I feel since I've started exercising regularly again. I dropped 2 pounds this week and attribute alot of that to my exercising. I also feel so much better!
