Wanda, It has been a busy, but wonderful summer. We love it here in AZ and have no regrets about moving. The popsicles were sugar free ... so what I think I dumped on was the 2 grams of sorbital which is a sugar alcohol. I'm super sensitive to sugar alcohols, but had no problem with these popsicles UNTIL I two in a row. Within minutes I was sick. Was a good experience tho as now I don't want to tempt the fates at all, I'm totally convinced that if it had been a high sugar item I would of been far worse off and it has shown me that I truly dump. Well I'm glad it's over for you...I know how awful that can feel. But you may be like Linn and I as far as sugar goes. I, too, can tolerate more real sugar than I can sugar alcohols. Sugar alcohols make me very ill and I avoide everything sugar-free unless it's Splenda and even then I'm very cautious. If I crave something sweet, I just go ahead and eat a bit of real chocolate and I'm fine. Julie

Hi Mary- Sorry to hear those popsicles did such a nasty thing to ya. Guess we learn the hard way sometimes, don't we? My thing is any concentrated fruit...raisins in particular...and I love them. I can eat grapes but gracious! how sick I can get if those grapes have been dried up and turned into raisins. Am so envious that you can have WLS friends over to your pool. Swimming sounds great to me (105 degrees today with a grass fire in the neighborhood). Please tell them all "hi." We'll be in Tucson in August...got room in that pool for me then? Cheers, Rusty
