Are you still shrinking?
I've noticed that since December I've lost hardly any weight, but my body is getting smaller. My clothes are getting looser and my waist has gotten about 1 1/2 inches smaller (its the only measurement I've kept up with). I've also had quite a few people ask me here lately how much more weight I've lost... saying that I've gotten smaller in the last month or two.
Is it just me? Is you're body doing the same?
I wonder if its my body catching up with itself or maybe all the walking and bike riding is doing something. My exercise routine hasn't changed... its just gotten hotter outside.

I was stuck for a long time at the same weight and just really uncomfortable. Then I had my tonsils out and I lost 15lbs and nothing fit anymore. My body put like 5 lbs back on and is now equalized and its at a nice spot. I still have about 20lbs to lose but I will get there. Everyone who sees me just keeps telling me "you look so skinny" or "you look great". I still feel like I am a big fat cow sometimes but I guess my body is still trying to find the skinny within.

I know what you mean, Sarah, when you say you still feel big. I'm the same way. I still feel huge. My brain hasn's caught up with my body. Everyone tells me I look great and healthy, but I know I would still like to shed about 25 pounds. I just thank them and think to myself, if only you saw me naked...
BTW: I'm glad you're doing okay with the tonsil and sinus surgery.
Wanda,
The same thing is happening to me, however I haven't taken my measurements to see if I am loosing inches. Everyone asks how much more do you plan on loosing. I tell them I haven't lost any weight in over two months. I bounce between 151 -155. I haven't been to the gym to workout in months. New job, new boyfriend & summer break for the children from school. Just too hectic!! I need to be "GOOD" and start back at the gym.

Wanda,
I'm going to have to do measurements SOON. Not sure where the tape measure is, could be in 1 of a dozen unpacked boxes. I have had a couple people tell me I look like I've lost more weight and I know my clothes are looser, so I'm sure I've lost more inches. I have taken measurements since almost the beginning and last count had lost 111 inches over all.

111 inches lost is awesome! It will be interesting to find out if you have in fact lost more since your move. Now, to find that darned tape measure! I know what you mean.... I still have boxes upstairs that haven't been unpacked, and I've been in my house eight years! That's pitiful, isn't it! My husband tells me if I haven't needed whats in them by now, I never will. He does have something there!

How interesting that you'd ask now; it must be pretty normal. I just noticed Friday that a skirt I wear often felt loose and when I measured, I had dropped another inch in my waist and 1/2 inch from both upper arms and both calves although my weight hasn't changed in over 4 months. I float between 145-149 from day to day. Also, my husband told me this morning that he thinks I'm thinner than he's EVER seen me. My weight is the same as when we got married, but I too, think that my shape is different and I've lost body fat that I ALWAYS carried in my hips and legs even when I was younger.
Total inches lost is 108. Whopee!
