Hello All, It has been one year and three days.Where did they all go? It went by so fast and so did alot of weight. My friends and co workers always comment on my weight loss, I now only focus on what I have gained. I am happy , I am healthy. I can shop for clothes and enjoy it now.I feel normal.I am always on the go and I love being able to go go go go and not be exhausted. The quality of my life has went from exisiting to having a life. This wls was truely a blessing and it is a tool I will always be thankful for.I still get reminded every once in awhile when I stray to old eating habits , I dump an that gets me back on track. I am thankful for my family and friends for without them this journey would of been harder.I am also very thankful for this message board. I dont always post but I read it very often. Its comforting to come here and read of all your success and what your going through. It has been an amazing year and I am so thankful I have all of you to turn to for support and advice So thankyou for all your support and great advice this past year. Take Care , Trisha

Trisha, Congratulations to you. This has been a year to remember. We all have been through so much pain and happiness together. I rejoice and feel pain when one of us is feeling and reeling. You've done great and should be very proud of yourself. Denise
