Hi My Amos Family, Its been awhile since I have posted. I have gone through major depression actually I have the two nervous breakdowns since surgery I am currently on disability. I am also suffering from bulemia. I refuse to eat out of fear the weight will come back. However I would not change the surgery for the world I would do it over again in a heartbeat. I have hit my goal for a total weight loss of 150 lbs in 10 months. I am actually 10 lbs below my goal weight but for those waiting and inquiring aabout surgery its well worth the results I could not be happier with my body and health. Thanks for listening I will send in new photos....God Bless Jeanne 278\127

Jeanne, I'm so sorry to hear that you have gone thru so much since surgery. It has to be difficult. I hope that you have a wonderful doctor who deals with eating disorders to help you work thru all of this. It is unfortunate that eating is the one habit that can not be stopped 100%. We need to eat to live. Fortunately I no longer "live to eat", but eat because it is necessary to maintain my good health. Wishing you the best. I hope you can overcome the bulemia totally. Mary

Jeanne, I'm sorry you've had so much to deal with since surgery, but hope that you are on a steady track for recovery. I can understand the fear of eating since sometimes I find myself cutting back too severly and have to make myself eat the things that I know I need to maintain adequate nutrition. Fortunately, I've never overeaten to the point of throwing up (I read your profile), but I understand that Bulemia can be quite addictive. I hope you've got good medical help. I trust 2005 will be a wonderful year full of blessings and good health! ((hugs)) Julie

Jeanne, I don't really know what to say, but my heart is with you as you struggle. I think we all do in some ways, they're just not all as visible. All I can say is I hope you are visiting with a good counselor. It's truly important to develop a good relationship with food. It is the rest of your life and it will be important in the long run for your health. We really are a good group here and hope to hear from you more often. Take Care, Linn
