surgery date was 2/13 FRIDAY THE 13th!!!! lost: 140 lbs. goal: 31 more lbs. I try to exercise but right now I am working 3 jobs at @100 hrs wkly My diet consists of NO SUGAR Sugar free or splenda only!! I try to avoid fried foods. I eat carb well bars for snacks or peanut butter crackers for protein. I do not really concentrate on water but fluids. I am a big propel fan. It's flavored water by Gatorade. 5'2" maybe now 5'3" couldn't stand up straight before my surgery. 94lbs lost 2 to 4 lbs left til goal exercise yes maybe 3 x week tread mill or gazelle for 30 minutes eat mainly protein but tastes everything except (sugar makes me sick)! yes at least 64oz if not my kidneys start to hurt. helen rny 2/17/04 216/122

How much/how often? yes at least twice a week What kind of diet are you following? l keep the carbs low Do you concentrate on getting your water everyday? i dont messure anything but i think so 331/185/(150 my goal)

Ok, I haven't posted in a REALLy long time but here goes. Lbs lost 148.6 lbs left til goal - 58 my goal, my surgeon doens't giv eout goals Exercise - uumm, well,,, NO Diet? - I eat what I want just a small bit of it Water - During the workweek, it is easy cause I tlk on the p hone and I get more than i need the weekends are tough though Noelle 326/178.6/120

125 0 6 days a week Weight Training/Eliptical Machine 30 minutes/1 hour Cardio/Power Walk 4 Miles...Of course I don't do all this in one day Keep My Carb Intake To About 20-30 Grams per day Drink 128 oz Of Water Everyday Alicia 280/145 (5 pounds Passed Goal At 10 Months Out)
