No, I am pretty big boned, I think my Dr must of been on somthing the day he saw me. I had the pic taken locally at a professional studio, they have taken out my wrinkles by computer and I would love to use that pic for my postings but that is the only pic that I dont know how to change. If you could give me some hints on that one I would greatly appriciate it. Lee

Hey Heidi, Pounds down= - 150 Need to loose 125 or so more!! Exercize= 3x Week Low aerobics and Gym Lots of Protien food and Youghurts, Cottage Cheese some Ground Turkey Regular food but tinie tiny size 5-6 times day Yes- I drink Crystal Lite change flavors often but don't get enough in Will try very hard to do. I am doing something right every 3 days the scale moves 5-7 pounds I am happy and positive. Jill

130 30 yes, but with much limitation due to RA everyday for an hour on bike or trampoline or upper body workout with light hand weights. I eat just low carb as I can taking in about 600 calories a day or less sometimes. I drink 100 ounces of fluids a day starting from 5 am til the time I go to bed which is about 1 am. I eat 3 very small meals a day and 2 snacks like popcorn. About 1/2 cup food each time. Irish consult wt. 340 day of surgery wt. 326 wt. now 210

How many pounds lost in total? 50 before surgery, 71 since for a total of 121 lbs How many pounds left till goal? I'm 4 lbs away from from surgeon's goal, but would really like to lose 50 more lbs which would put my BMI in the normal range. Do you excersize? How much/how often? Actually daily BUT not as focused as before. I need to get out and really do some power walking and maybe do some exercising at home too. I get out and walk each day but not the length or as quick as before. What kind of diet are you following? Pretty much normal but focus on high protein. I stear clear of rice, beef, lamb, pork. I do 1 meal replacement (protein bar) a day, but am planning to do two meals a day as soon as my protein powder arrives. I need to jump start my weight loss again as I've been going up and down 3 lbs all month. Do you concentrate on getting your water everyday? Yes, but I don't have a problem doing that. I only drink water and propel water so that helps me focus on liquids that are acceptable. We carry insulated water bottles when we go out, I usually have a bottle of water close by when working on the computer etc. Mary 305/184/125 ???

Ive lost 105 pounds in a size 3-6 I never had a goal but Im happy wherever I go or stay at this point Yes 2 miles a day untill I broke ankle(fell down stairs) High protien I try to get in 64 but not always get it 240/135/?

How many pounds lost in total? 125 How many pounds left till goal? none, I've passed my goal of 160 Do you excersize? How much/how often? Hardly at all anymore, but getting ready to join Fitness Center at work. What kind of diet are you following? None, just eat whatever agrees with me. Do you concentrate on getting your water everyday? I get fluids every day, not necessarily water.

Cool idea for a survey! I have lost 170 pounds I have about 56 pounds to loose I exercise at least an hour a day 6 days a week. MWF at Curves and TTS either riding bike, walking, climbing stairs, doing Richard Simmons aerobics, etc. I am eating by volume amount as prescribed by my dietician and I eat no red meat, no breads, no sugar, etc. I haven't cheated once and I won't! I do concentrate on my water. Especially since my dietician told me that coffee doesn't count towards my liquids for the day. Eeek. Best, Amy

Hi Heidi 149 since surgery / 50 prior to surgery = 199 total surgeon's goal: about 30 - 35 / my personal goal: 45 - 50 I do a power walk tape equiv. to 4 miles (1 hour) at least 3 - 4 times a week. I try to work out on my crossbow at least twice weekly (free weights also). I just got a pilates DVD and am going to attempt that soon I follow a low carb high protein diet. Carbs are my trigger so I have to try and avoid them as much as possible. I recently started food cycling to help boost or trick my metabo. You do 2 days of extremely low fat, 2 days of extremely low carb (boost fat just a tiny bit), then boost carbs just slightly for 2 days. So far seems to be helping. Yes, I do better during the week when I am working & structured - I tend to not do as well if I am off or busy running around. I do usually at least get in the 64 oz minimum, but many days I get 100 oz Great survey - congrats to everyone's awesome success Angel

What kind of diet are you following? I still do 3-4 oz of food 6 times per day. I do cheat sometimes with sugar. Do you concentrate on getting your water everyday? I drink so much that I don't have to concentrate on it any more.
