Normal, but careful. Carbs generally range from 75-100 (and have from the beginning).

Try to...generally minimum of 64 unless I'm traveling (potty stops can be TOUGH!)

Depends on the goal. Ideal for my height is 15# away and the ultimate goal I had in the beginning is 20# away, but I'm not sure I care if I lose anymore. I weigh 150 but wear size 6-8 jeans and have good muscle definition. I think I'm pretty happy with that.
Do you excersize? How much/how often?
I exercise a lot and am training to run a half marathon in January. I don't do weights, but the schedule I'm on calls for running 4-6 miles 3 days a week with a long run once a week and cross training 2 days a week. When the run is over, I'll be training for a triathlon.
What kind of diet are you following?
I eat pretty normally and don't count anything. I just make sure I have protein at each meal and fruit or veggies at 2 of the 3. I probably eat more carbs than most and generally have a carb snack in the afternoons, but I find that if I don't have enough carbs especially in the mornings I have a hard time thinking straight.
Do you concentrate on getting your water everyday?
I'm always thirsty since I sweat so much when I run that I drink a minimum of 96 oz daily.

Do you excersize? How much/how often? My neice and I walked eight miles today, 48 miles last week alone. Not losing fat but finding prayer time terrific!
What kind of diet are you following? Over 90 grams of protien a day, low carb---low fat. Averages about 1200 calories a day on Fitday.com site.
Do you concentrate on getting your water everyday? Absolutely! Usually over 100 oz in a day.

I try to do something 4 days a week. Most of the time, it is 3.

I try to make healthy food choices, eating low fat, lots of veggies, plenty of dairy. Carbs, too. I don't count calories.

I drink about 64 oz a day, on average. Some days more, some less.

:Twice a week, I go to Curves and do the circuit there. I love it.

:None, I pretty much eat what I want, just very little of it.

:No, I should and I do try however I only manage to get in about 1/2 of what I need. I seriously have problems when it comes to drinking plain liquids.
